Terms of Service

1. Estimates only

Grades produced by Pullworthy are opinions and estimates only. We do not guarantee that any professional grading company — PSA, BGS/Beckett, TAG, ACE, CGC, or any other grading service — would assign the same grade, a similar grade, or any grade at all. A slabbed grade from a professional grading company is the only authoritative assessment of a card's condition.

2. No liability for decisions made in reliance

Pullworthy accepts no liability for any buying, selling, or submission decisions you make in reliance on a grade, sub-grade, centering measurement, or value figure produced by this service. You use the results at your own risk and should independently verify a card's condition and value before acting on it.

3. No authentication service

Pullworthy does not authenticate cards. This service does not detect counterfeits, trimming, alterations, recoloring, or restoration. A high grade or clean-looking result from this service is not evidence that a card is genuine or unaltered. Authentication of a card's legitimacy is outside the scope of what this service does.

Some reports include an automated comparison against the publisher’s official image of the same printing, shown only to the person the card belongs to. That comparison is a screening aid, not authentication: it can be wrong in both directions, it is not calibrated against any measured rate, and nothing in it is a statement by Pullworthy about whether a card is genuine. You may not present it, quote it, or describe it to a buyer, in a listing or anywhere else, as authentication, verification, or proof of a card's legitimacy.

4. Value figures are third-party data

Any value or price figures shown alongside a grading result are sourced from third-party market data providers. They are provided for general information only, may be inaccurate, out of date, or unavailable, and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice of any kind.

5. Service provided "as is"

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the service is limited and excluded.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes not automating, scripting, or scraping the service outside of any published API terms, not attempting to overwhelm, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure, and not uploading content you do not have the right to upload. We may suspend or restrict access for anyone who abuses the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Pullworthy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any card grading company, or to Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon and Pokémon character names are trademarks of Nintendo. Any provider names referenced on this site are used solely to describe the grading standards our estimates are compared against, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
